Yael Warach is excited to join the Central Synagogue team as the Executive Administrator of the Office of the Senior Rabbi. Before joining, Yael served as the Professional Development Manager at JCC Association, where she worked with thousands of JCC professionals from around the continent daily and managed various professional development programs, including the Merrin Teen Professional Fellowship, JCCs Women in Power, JCCs of North America Professional Conference, the JCC Association Professional Development Scholarship Program, and Talent Management.  

Yael enjoys the opportunity to positively impact the professional lives of others while raising the bar for excellence across the Jewish Communal field. Yael is an avid reader and is passionate about spending time outside of work with her Brooklyn-born husband and very enthusiastic toddler, Henry.
